Samantha studied Pilates to expand her exercise prescription knowledge and develop a broader base for patient rehabilitation. She gained her Pilates qualifications through the Australian Pilates Method Association in 2003. She combines her vast knowledge of Pilates, with her diverse range of physiotherapy skills to the benefit of her clients. Samantha is passionate in her belief that the best outcomes are achieved through educating her patients about their injuries and using a goal orientated self-management approach. She also believes in analysing whole body movement patterns when treating and will prescribe exercises beyond the injury to enhance overall performance outcomes. Samantha’s particular interests include recreational athletes, children, pelvic girdle pain and low back pain.
