Taylah graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice.
Taylah has worked in private practice in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne since 2021.
Whilst studying her Physiotherapy degree, Taylah worked as an Exercise Scientist in a gym, assisting people to improve their health and well-being and athletes improve their sporting performance.
Taylah developed an interest in Strength and Conditioning and Physiotherapy at a young age, secondary to her participation in representative basketball and athletics in Tasmania. Taylah now works with clients, combining manual therapy, education and strength and conditioning to overcome and prevent injuries.
One of Taylah’s standout qualities is her ability to build strong connections with her patients. Taylah takes the time to listen attentively to her patients’ concerns and goals, tailoring her treatment plans to meet their individual needs. Her empathetic and supportive approach fosters a positive and collaborative therapeutic relationship, empowering her patients to actively participate in their own healing journey.
Outside of work, Taylah enjoys going to the gym and playing basketball. Visiting her family and friends back in Tasmania is also extremely important to her.
