In the immortal words from Game of Thrones, winter really is coming to the southern states of Australia and at the same time the snow bunnies amongst start getting a little excited. Whilst the popular TV series has come to an end, the ski season is just around the corner, which means it is time to get ready to take advantage.

Many of our clients are avid skiers and it is worth getting the body prepared by starting some ski specific training or strength work to both maximise enjoyment and minimise risk of injury.
