Rebecca graduated from Curtin University, Perth in 2009, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since graduating, Rebecca has been practicing physiotherapy for over 10 years and has gained extensive experience in treating a wide range of conditions, including sporting injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic pain.
Rebecca comes to BSPC with a wealth of knowledge, having previously been the Owner and Director of a Private Physiotherapy Practice based in South Australia. With a keen interest in sports, Rebecca has previously worked as a physiotherapist for the SA State Under 21 Netball team and was also the Head Physio for the State League Netball team for 4 years.
Rebecca has a keen interest in rehabilitation and has completed extensive training in Clinical Pilates. Rebecca became an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist in 2019, a recognition of her expertise in working with athletes and helping them to achieve their performance goals.
Originally from Perth, Rebecca moved to Melbourne in 2023 with her husband and two young boys. Rebecca enjoys being fit and active and was a competitive swimmer as a teen.
As a mother of two boys, Bec gained an interest into the areas of pre, ante and postnatal rehabilitation, as well as core, pelvis and hip stability. Bec particularly enjoys treating and supporting women throughout this period of their lives.
Over the last 2 years, Rebecca has been working at the University of South Australia supervising final year physiotherapy students, and teaching anatomy, which has helped her refine her diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills.
