However, in the interest of reducing people traveling within our community we ask you to consider whether a face-to-face appointment is essential for you during stage 4 lockdown. Telehealth (video conferencing) appointments remain a viable option for advice on exercises and rehabilitation that does not require you to leave the house. Face to face consultations are available when required. The 5km travel rule does not apply to these appointments, so ensure you have your appointment SMS reminder as proof of reason to travel. We have well-established protocols for personal protection and infection control and are closely following the guidance provided by the Australian Government.
