Ben Du, Podiatrist

Lin graduated from The University of Sydney with a first-class Honours degree in Bachelor of Physiotherapy and is nearing completion of her PhD at La Trobe University. She is a physiotherapist and doctoral researcher whose work bridges clinical practice and research, with a focus on osteoarthritis management and implementation science.

Clinically, Lin works with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from recent injuries to flare‑ups and longer‑standing problems, helping people rebuild confidence in movement through tailored treatment, evidence‑based exercise prescription and self‑management strategies. Her experience in chronic pain management, together with her doctoral research in implementation science, shapes an approach focused on sustainable change towards client’s long-term goals beyond “patching people up”.

Alongside clinical practice, Lin teaches in university physiotherapy programs and conducts research exploring how people engage with exercise, self-management and digital health interventions. This ongoing involvement in research and education helps ensure her patients benefit from the latest evidence while receiving care that is practical and individualised. She is a qualified yoga teacher and Pilates instructor, drawing on mind-body approaches to help improve movement confidence, body awareness and nervous system regulation for those who feel “stuck” with long‑term pain.

When not in the clinic, Lin enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, functional strength training, exploring photography in nature and mindfulness practices. She believes health is about more than recovering from injury. It comes from building sustainable habits that allow people to keep doing the things they value most.
